Introducing the New Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Software

As my three-year term as the founding editor of the Journal of Software (JSW, ISSN 1796-217X) ends in October 2008, it gives me great pleasure to introduce Dr. Kassem Saleh as the next Editor-in-Chief of JSW. Dr. Saleh is a professor of Information Science at the Department of Information Science of Kuwait University. He has extensive publications and editorial experience in the field of software engineering, communication protocol engineering and distributed systems. He has been Advisory Board Member, Editorial Board Member, Guest Editor of several International Journals including Journal of Communications and Computer Communication journal. Dr. Saleh's photograph and biography follow. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all JSW Editors, authors, readers, and reviewers for their great help and support over the past three years. I look forward to a bright future for JSW under the leadership of Dr. Saleh.
